Position Overview
Key Responsibilities- Professionally address customer inquiries and complaints through phone or email, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Investigate participant inquiries and plan-related issues.
- Maintain thorough and precise case documentation.
- Collaborate closely with fellow customer service representatives and client contacts.
- Execute special projects as required.

- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
- Comprehend and interpret client plan documents and amendments.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines.
