Required Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate from a college or university.
  • Ideally, 2+ years of relevant leadership experience with a proven track record of driving profitable growth;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and goal-focused;
  • Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor;
  • Capable of attracting, developing, and mentoring a team;
  • Eager to learn and enhance skills;
  • Sound judgment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes;
  • Experience in servicing and/or selling construction-related products and services.

All candidates must possess the legal right to work in Canada, which includes having the necessary documentation, such as a work permit.
