Job Title: Physiotherapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team at Quinte Physiotherapy Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Physiotherapist Assistant will work under the supervision of licensed physiotherapists to provide patient care and support in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and assist with treatment programs
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures, and document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist health care professionals with patient care and rehabilitation activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
