Senior Power Platform Developer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our mission to deliver exceptional services at Manulife. You will design and develop enterprise-level applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Azure services where required.
  • Deliver detailed documentation of solution design, configuration, and customization specifications.
  • Exercise creative problem-solving skills when performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
  • Drive continuous improvement through good documentation, adherence to agile methodology, and commitment to measuring success.
  • Be an active member of the Center of Excellence by staying up to date on the Power Platform and proactively participating in efforts to document and promote best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a financial institution or regulated industry.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in developing and deploying solutions with Power Platform (particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dynamics).
  • A deep understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Strong development and integration skills of Azure Services.
  • Experience with web application development using.Net/C#/React/typescript.
  • Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and enjoy solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
