Job Title: Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. They will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring workers, training or arranging for training, and estimating costs and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure accurate budgeting and planning
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage and track work
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The successful candidate will be required to work in a noisy environment and may be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
