Role Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Department Manager and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the coordination and sale of agricultural products, focusing on efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and team leaders across the store.
- Managing inventory, enhancing customer service, marketing stock, and keeping the sales area organized and presentable.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for agriculture and customer service, and who possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in customer service, agricultural products, point of sale operations, and merchandising is advantageous.
- Familiarity with feed, crops, and livestock is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and committed to reliability and punctuality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Results-driven with a focus on excellence in performance.
- Belief in the importance of building relationships and collaborating to achieve shared goals, valuing diverse perspectives.
- Positive demeanor and a proven track record of teamwork in a sales and service-oriented environment.
