- Employee Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters, benefits, and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel.
- Work Conditions: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, English language.
