Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at ACQBUILT. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payroll history and employee data
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
