As a member of the Civil Aftermarket Support group, your role will be crucial in resolving technical challenges faced by our customers. Your expertise will help us enhance our efficiency in problem resolution and minimize the recurrence of similar issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver technical solutions to clients utilizing simulation systems.
  • Assist Customer Experience Leads and clients by diagnosing and resolving technical issues to reduce customer impact.
  • Provide technical insights during conference calls and status updates.
  • Collaborate with external sales representatives, customer service engineers, and Global Engineering to address anomalies effectively.
  • Support Field Service Bulletins and be available for travel to customer locations when necessary.
  • Offer emergency support and filter global hardware issues for potential field clearance activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions for customers.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A DEC in electrotechnology or aviation with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing failures using electronic testing equipment and advanced software diagnostic tools.
  • A solid understanding of control systems, including fluid, electromechanical, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
  • Strong electro-mechanical skills and basic knowledge of simulator systems (e.g., interface, visual, avionics).
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to build and maintain a professional network.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
