Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including supervising sales staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising displays.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business with on-site customer service.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
