About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Control Clerk to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Process and verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
    • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Administrative and Clerical Duties
    • Perform routine clerical tasks, such as data entry and filing
    • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct quality control checks on received goods and materials
    • Verify stock availability and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
