  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality compliance.
  • Provide quality assurance support to customers, including responding to quality-related inquiries and providing quality-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex quality issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
