Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a FOH Supervisor at Moxies. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for leading different areas of the restaurant, maintaining a development-focused outlook, and working closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and ensure seamless execution of restaurant services.
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing inventory, supplies, and staff.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability, and assist in the hiring process, including conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a full-service restaurant or bar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong patience and communication skills, with a commitment to being inclusive and embracing diversity.
  • Experience in leadership development is an asset.
