At Quality & Company Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Furniture Factory Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our furniture factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance, employee supervision, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet production demands.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets and oversee daily operations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
