Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Cima Roofing Contractors Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Laborer will be responsible for assisting our experienced roofing crew with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, operating heavy equipment, and performing pre-operational inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment and machinery
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris
  • Perform routine maintenance work and clean up job sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
