About the Role
The Lead Analyst, Planning will be a key representative of Northbridge Financial Corporation at the corporate level, supporting corporate initiatives and operational excellence through liaisons with sales, underwriting, and the executive team. This role will provide insights and analysis into how the company operates, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with an awareness of potential blind spots.
- Proven skills in data interpretation, including a strong working knowledge of PowerBI and MicroStrategy.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and/or related on-the-job experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar or related role.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry an asset.
