Senior Advisor, Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisor, Development to join our team at Infrastructure Ontario. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team for Landmark Projects, Social Purpose Projects, or Transit Oriented Communities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advisory services in support of key government infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external consultants, key partners, and subject matter experts to provide advisory services in support of key government infrastructure initiatives.
- Support the leadership team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on land use planning, development approvals, and feasibility assessments for development projects.
- Manage and coordinate external advisory services to ensure delivery of technical materials on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and private sector partners.
- Relevant professional experience in urban/land use/real estate planning, development, or infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience in land use planning processes and development approvals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $82,800 to $124,100 (P4 level). Pay will align with skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined contribution pension plan, health, dental, and vision coverage, and a generous vacation policy.
