Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Construction Cost Analyst to join our team at PRO-ABLE DOORS & SYSTEMS INC.. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Work Environment

The role primarily involves estimating costs associated with construction projects, including labor and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed estimates for labor and material costs.
  • Calculate general expenses and overheads for projects.
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies and prepare preliminary estimates for potential projects.
  • Assess project cash flow and financing needs.
  • Create and submit comprehensive estimate reports, quotes, and bid forms.
  • Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Oversee and adjust contract expenditures as necessary.
  • Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
  • Generate regular reports to track project progress.
  • Utilize MS Office tools effectively.
