Join Our Team as a Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Risk Management team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide legal expertise to support the success of our operations across a broad range of practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counsel and support to business units in a broad range of practice areas
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice to various department heads and executives
  • Identify legal issues, research and analyze complicated situations and develop practical solutions in an efficient and timely manner
  • Work closely with MNP's practitioners to proactively identify and manage legal risk
  • Work closely with outside counsel and manage all stages of litigation
  • Assist in the review and maintenance of corporate policies
  • Draft concise emails and legal documents
  • Write briefs on regulations, legal/compliance matters and other ad hoc legal issues to defend legal position and provide guidance to team
