Position Overview:
As a Senior Instructor Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring fellow Instructor Therapists. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert leadership in the application of IBI/ABA therapy through 1:1 DTT, NET, and small group sessions.
  • Offering continuous support and constructive feedback to maintain the highest standards of therapeutic practices.
  • Conducting training workshops for both new and existing staff, emphasizing best practices, data management, and intervention methodologies.
  • Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to create and execute effective training initiatives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Instructor Therapists through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the center and ensuring that team tasks are executed efficiently.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as:
  • Behavioural Science Technology Diploma
  • Autism Behavioural Science Certificate
  • Child & Youth Worker Diploma
  • Developmental Services Worker Diploma
  • Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline

Additionally, candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of IBI/ABA therapy techniques.

Job Type:
This is a full-time position offering a business casual dress code, along with benefits including dental care and extended health care. On-site parking is also available.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in French is considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Commute Requirements:
Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our clinic and may be required to engage with community clients as necessary.

Compensation:
Overtime pay is available for eligible employees.
