Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Order and authorize returns of merchandise, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Sales Performance: Actively sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales metrics.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges effectively.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain a well-organized inventory system.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations to assess employee performance.
Supervisory Scope

This position will oversee a team of 3-10 individuals.

Work Environment

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, necessitating manual dexterity and attention to detail. The job involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to distinguish between colors.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
