Become a Key Player as a Production Supervisor

We are looking for a committed Production Supervisor to oversee the workflow and scheduling of our production operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to guarantee that our quality benchmarks are upheld and that products are dispatched punctually.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop production documentation for receiving, staging, manufacturing, and shipping processes.
  • Ensure the execution of production plans while effectively communicating and tracking any issues that arise.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards and optimizing shipping procedures.
  • Adopt cost-efficient production methods and supervise daily operational activities.
  • Foster a safe working environment and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Operate within budgetary limits while ensuring product quality and precision through technological integration.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine production metrics and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to resolve issues and maintain operational readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in production management, ideally within the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and G-Suite applications.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth within the organization.
