Our team serves over 96,000 residents in over 1,600 seniors and other congregate care communities, including long-term care homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and residents
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
