Content and Portal Management Lead

Role Summary
This role entails overseeing all facets of Global Procurement SharePoint platforms, including the management of relevant power automate workflows, supervising the annual policy release cycle, and facilitating access to the Policy Portal. Additionally, the position includes providing support for supplier enablement and administration of the Coupa P2P application, encompassing approval queues and various ad hoc requests related to Global Procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the SharePoint Administrator for Global Procurement SharePoint platforms.Develop and manage content on SharePoint sites, including relevant power automate workflows.Serve as the provisioning coordinator for the KPMG Global Procurement Policy Portal on SharePoint.Monitor inquiries directed to the Policy Portal and the Global Procurement Functional Mailbox.Oversee the Annual Policy Release Process, which includes supplier communication initiatives.Support supplier enablement by assisting with new supplier requests and onboarding processes in Coupa.Provide backup assistance and serve as a point of contact for P2P application administration, including various modules such as Requisition, Sourcing, Contracts, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Information Management.Assist in processing and fulfilling P2P system access requests while ensuring compliance with personal data regulations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience is preferred.A minimum of two years of experience in a Procurement role or as a coordinator/analyst, ideally within a large consulting environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint.Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.Familiarity with legal contract language and templates.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate, along with supporting ERP/P2P systems such as Coupa.
