Key Responsibilities- Operate and Maintain Treatment Systems: Operate and maintain filtration and clarification systems, pumping systems, and other equipment to ensure the efficient treatment of wastewater.
- Monitor and Control Treatment Processes: Monitor and control treatment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Collect and Test Water Samples: Collect and test water samples for chemical and bacterial content to ensure the quality of treated water.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Education and Certification: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications, such as Backflow Prevention Certification and Water Wastewater Operator Certification.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform routine maintenance tasks.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and noise levels. The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
