About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Maximum Home Support Services Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide light housekeeping and cleaning duties, as well as personal care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a home care setting, an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform light housekeeping and personal care duties
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker with Maximum Home Support Services Inc., you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community centers. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
