Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery department, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of bakery staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Determine the types and quantities of merchandise to be sold, and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, including analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail bakery or related field.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
