Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the broader marketing team to execute impactful events and tradeshows that contribute to pipeline development. In your role as the Events & Tradeshow Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Event Coordination: This involves planning our participation in events, managing logistics, overseeing promotional materials, handling invitation processes, coordinating meetings with prospective clients, and developing follow-up strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: You will be responsible for generating reports on the effectiveness of our events and campaigns, conducting analyses, and collaborating with the team to identify which investments yield the best outcomes.
  • Internal Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments such as marketing, sales, business development, and leadership. Keep them updated on plans, resources, and challenges to ensure alignment and success for your events.
  • Budget Management: You will create investment and ROI plans for each event, monitor expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely processing of invoices with the finance team.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential events for attendance or sponsorship, as well as other opportunities, and provide recommendations to the team.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with campaign managers on communication strategies related to events, and work with content specialists and designers to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B event management.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proven resourcefulness and initiative in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
