About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pamika Brasserie Thai inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and banquets
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Dependability, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills
