About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team at Oscar Truck Sales Inc. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications and Public Relations
    • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing Oscar Truck Sales Inc. in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Advise clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies to drive business growth.
    • Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and the media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing Materials and Campaigns
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
    • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Gather and research market data and trends to inform marketing strategies and improve business outcomes.
    • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to engage customers and stakeholders.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Work Environment and Requirements
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to deliver results.
    • Requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be able to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
