About the RoleAs a Distribution Manager at Uline, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 1 million square-foot warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of inbound and outbound logistics, and fostering a culture of excellence among our 300+ employee team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of warehouse employees, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales goals
- Manage performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize operations and reduce costs
