Position Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities at 4PE Hotels Ltd. This position involves overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and provide training for cleaning personnel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to housekeeping operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
