About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Gurpreet Tatla Avtar Tatla. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
  • First Aid and Safety: Administer basic first aid and ensure a safe living environment.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
