About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at 329985 Ontario Limited. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Programs: Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Quality Control and Assurance Activities: Conduct quality control and internal audits to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Compile and Interpret Data: Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide Technical Advice and Support: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control and production activities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field such as food science, food technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, MS Office, and HACCP principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
