Job SummaryAs a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary duties will include executing manufacturing activities, maintaining Clean in Place and Steam in Place processes, and performing manual cleaning of compounding equipment and manufacturing rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and company policies.
- Productivity and Equipment: Safely operate equipment, process batches within specifications, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal cycle time and productivity.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily compounding schedule, provide process feedback, and contribute to team growth and success.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work in a team environment, and understanding of cGMP.
- Experience: Preferably experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, executing manufacturing instructions, and using automated Clean In Place and Steam In Place systems.
