Job Title: Senior Estate Insurance Marketing Associate

At BMO, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Insurance Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Estate & Insurance Advisory Services (EIASI) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our insurance sales business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Estate & Insurance Advisor, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.
  • Review and verify life insurance applications, change forms, and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with clients, business partners, and insurance carriers to resolve underwriting follow-ups and ensure timely completion of applications.
  • Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff member as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client documentation, including insurance illustrations and policy information.
  • Help manage the calendar of the Estate & Insurance Advisor and book client meetings.
  • Prepare and present insurance illustrations using life insurance company software.
  • Support the Estate & Insurance Advisor in marketing initiatives and other business growth activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in the life insurance industry and with investment products.
  • Provincial Life Insurance Licensed (LLQP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage effectively in a multitasking environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
