Join Westland Insurance Group Ltd. as a Director, Commercial Sales

We're seeking a seasoned Director, Commercial Sales to lead our team of Commercial Account Executives in several BC offices. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll provide strategic guidance and oversight to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our commercial insurance business
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Servicing Team to support client retention and deliver necessary account services
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality submissions to markets
  • Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in Commercial Insurance Account Management and Sales experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience
  • Level 3 General Insurance License
  • Bonus One of the CAIB, CIP, FCIP, and CRM designations
