Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Black Isle Restaurants Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
