About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Lily's Asian Massage Therapy Corp. as a Facilities Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry: Launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a bondable and basic security clearance, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, client focus, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic security clearance and bondability.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
