Key Responsibilities

  • Craft clear and concise messaging regarding technical matters, including major incident updates and system innovations.
  • Establish and maintain IT communication guidelines.
  • Devise various strategies and templates for internal IT communications.
  • Collaborate with the Technical department to identify communication requirements.
  • Collect data and generate reports to assess communication effectiveness.
  • Regularly update the IT Portals with relevant information.
  • Coordinate with the Company Marketing Team to address IT communication needs.
  • Plan and create engaging internal content, such as newsletters and announcements.
  • Translate IT communications as necessary.
  • Oversee IT mass email distribution lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a Communication Specialist role, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in three languages: English, French, and Spanish.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible business language.
  • Familiarity with various communication platforms, such as SharePoint, is advantageous.
