About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder - Gas Specialist to join our team at Wolf Innovations Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality welding standards in our industrial manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC) as required.
  • Determine weldability of materials and select appropriate welding techniques.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in welding, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma in welding or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
