As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll, tracking sales and calculating commission, and ensuring timely payroll, WCB, and related remittance. You will also be responsible for updating monthly internal reports for cost control, maintaining and updating HR and accounting policies and filing system, managing asset inventory, and monitoring project budget and cost. The ideal candidate will have a 2-year accounting diploma, payroll certificate preferred, and 1 year of payroll and/or accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is required, and speaking Mandarin is a must. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
