We are seeking a highly skilled Kinesiologist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of exercise and education programs for seniors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering exercise programs that focus on increasing mobility, pain relief, and building strength
  • Providing a consistent approach to prevent falls and reduce injuries, while promoting awareness of safety and independence
  • Preparing and maintaining progress reports and metrics on participants, and providing data as requested
  • Ensuring the safe use of equipment and promoting infection control practices
  • Supporting the development and implementation of programs and objectives
  • Collecting and analyzing data for reporting purposes

Requirements:

  • Registered Kinesiologist or graduate of a university Kinesiology degree program
  • First Aid (CPR & AED) Certification
  • Full driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working with seniors and group programming is an asset
  • Mandatory requirement: full vaccination against COVID-19
  • Bilingualism is preferred
