As a Senior Business Analyst, you will spearhead process transformation, monitoring, and enhancement initiatives. By engaging with various stakeholders, you will ensure that operational and strategic data reporting requirements are met to facilitate informed business decisions, comply with regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality outputs. You will oversee process documentation, regulatory reporting, and compliance tracking to assist the Technology Infrastructure team in reaching our strategic objectives.
How You Will Create Impact:
- Develop and refine dashboards and prepare insightful reports for senior management, utilizing clear language and visual representations to elucidate relevant data.
- Assess performance and profitability metrics against industry benchmarks. Utilize descriptive analytics to identify trends and propose strategic recommendations to foster business growth and maturity.
- Compile summary reports and communicate findings with team leaders to prevent overdue items and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document precise business and technology requirements, processes, issues, and risks.
- Craft well-defined user stories for development and testing, including detailed acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business and technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring adherence to digital standards and identifying opportunities for quality improvement and efficiency enhancements.

To Join Our Team:
- You have five years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in an agile environment.
- You hold a post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science.
- You possess excellent knowledge of business systems and a thorough understanding of applications, procedures, and workflows.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, including the ability to apply user-centric methodologies to enhance the digital experience.
- A Business Analyst certification is considered an asset.
