About the Role

Bry-Co Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head Caretaker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our sites, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willing to train and develop skills.
  • Work Environment: Dusty, outdoors, and dirty conditions.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate.
