Cleaner Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide support as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
