Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Gitake Foods Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized food counter, and assisting with food preparation and serving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize food counter, utensils, and equipment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Handle customer transactions and process payments
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables and fruits
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
