Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons - Port Dover. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer needs and minimize waste
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality control
