Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to enhance our administrative operations at Capital Tile & Stone Ltd.. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assess and provide feedback on new administrative strategies.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Coordinate and plan for essential office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment procurement, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in the development of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Oversee and manage office administrative functions.
  • Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate office performance metrics.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
