Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Implement and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Assess and provide feedback on new administrative strategies.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate and plan for essential office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment procurement, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Assist in the development of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Oversee and manage office administrative functions.
- Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Monitor and evaluate office performance metrics.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Employment Duration: Permanent.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
