Job Title: Heavy Truck Driver

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Driver to join our team. As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Valid passport
  • Driver's validity licence check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel cross-border
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
